Six independent servo motors control film feeding, straw filling, sealing, and cutting. Tool-less changeover adjusts size on touchscreen in under 10 minutes. Print registration accuracy of ±0.5mm minimizes material waste at speeds up to 800 pcs/min.
It is suitable for straight straws, bending straws, paper straws and plastic straws with stable packing performance.
Photoelectric detection and automatic counting help maintain consistent pack quantities. Final counting accuracy depends on straw shape, feeding stability and machine configuration.
The sealing is firm, flat and beautiful, no broken bags, no air leakage, ensuring good hygiene and safety.
The machine can handle cups with diameters from approximately 40 to 120 mm, depending on the selected model and feeding configuration. Please provide the cup diameter, height, rim shape and material so our team can confirm compatibility and recommend the correct setup.
The packing quantity can be adjusted according to the cup size, bag dimensions and machine configuration. Typical settings range from 1 to 100 cups per bag. For larger cups or special pack formats, our engineers will confirm the suitable counting range before production.
A single-lane machine is suitable for standard output requirements and offers a simpler, more economical setup. A dual-lane machine is recommended for high-capacity production, with output up to 2000 pcs/min depending on cup size and operating conditions. The final choice should be based on your required output, cup dimensions and available factory space.
