I Shape Drinking Straw Packing Machine

The AB-200LP and AB-300LP I-shape straw packing machines automatically align, wrap, seal and cut small groups of drinking straws. Standard pack formats include 5, 6 or 10 straws per section, with either individually cut packs or continuous strip output. The AB-200LP handles straw lengths from 60 to 200 mm, while the AB-300LP supports lengths from 200 to 300 mm.

What Is I-Shape Straw Packing?

I-shape packing arranges several short straws parallel to one another inside a narrow film section. Each section can contain a preset quantity, such as 5, 6 or 10 straws, and can be cut into separate packs or retained as a continuous strip.

Flexible Pack Formats

The machine aligns and wraps small groups of straws in fixed pack formats, including 5-, 6- and 10-piece configurations, according to the required downstream application.

Two Length Configurations

The AB-200LP is designed for straw lengths from 60 to 200 mm, while the AB-300LP supports longer straws from 200 to 300 mm. Both models handle straw diameters from 3 to 12 mm.

Integrated Automatic Process

Hopper feeding, straw alignment, film positioning, sealing, conveying and cutting are integrated into one continuous production process.

Adjustable Output and Fault Protection

The machine processes approximately 400–800 straws per minute. Finished packs can be discharged individually or as a continuous connected strip, while automatic fault stop and preset-count notification support stable operation.
