Double Row Cup Counting & Packing Machine

The AB-600-2 double row cup counting and packing machine automatically stacks, counts, bags, seals and cuts disposable cups or bowls in single-row or double-row operation. It supports 10–200 pieces per bag, maximum cup diameters up to 150 mm and cup throughput of approximately 1000–2000 pcs/min, making it suitable for higher-output paper cup, coffee cup, plastic cup and bowl packaging.

Suitable Products

The machine is suitable for double-row counting and packing of disposable paper cups, coffee cups, plastic cups and bowls with maximum diameters up to 150 mm. Final compatibility should be confirmed according to cup diameter, stack height, rim shape, material rigidity and required quantity per bag.

Double-Row Cup Counting and Bagging

The AB-600-2 automatically stacks, counts and packs disposable cups or bowls in double-row operation, supporting higher output than single-row configurations.

Adjustable Quantity per Bag

The counting range supports approximately 10–200 cups or bowls per bag. Operators can set the required quantity according to retail, catering or production-line packaging needs.

High-Speed Cup Throughput

Cup throughput reaches approximately 1000–2000 pcs/min. Finished bag output can be selected according to the required quantity per bag, with typical settings from 5 to 25 bags/min.

Four-Servo Motion Control

The machine uses four servo motors to coordinate cup counting, film feeding, bag-length control, sealing and cutting for stable continuous operation.

PLC Touchscreen and Photocell Tracking

The English-language HMI allows operators to set and save production parameters. Photocell tracking detects printed film marks and helps synchronize bag length, sealing and cutting positions.

How the AB-600-2 Works

Cups or bowls enter the stacking and counting section through single-row or double-row feeding.
The servo-controlled counting system counts the preset quantity from 10 to 200 pieces.
The cup stacks are transferred into the formed packaging film.
Film feeding and bag length are synchronized through the touchscreen and photocell tracking system.
The package is sealed, cut and discharged for collection or downstream handling.
