Automatic Cartoning Machine

The AB-120 automatic cartoning machine is a horizontal carton packing system for automatically opening cartons, feeding products, inserting leaflets, closing cartons and printing batch information. It supports carton sizes from 50 × 20 × 15 mm to 200 × 95 × 60 mm and operates at approximately 40–80 cartons/min, depending on product size, carton structure and configuration.

Horizontal Automatic Cartoning

The AB-120 automatically opens cartons, feeds products, inserts leaflets, closes cartons and discharges finished boxes in a continuous horizontal process.

Adjustable Carton Size Range

The carton magazine and leaflet magazine can be adjusted within the supported range, allowing faster changeover between different carton specifications.

Leaflet Folding and Insertion

The machine can be configured with automatic leaflet folding from 1 to 4 folds, followed by leaflet feeding and insertion into the carton.

Batch Coding and Date Printing

Batch number, production date and expiration date printing can be configured according to packaging requirements, with multi-line character arrangement available.

Safety, Debugging and Rejection Control

The equipment supports automatic, manual, emergency-stop and inching modes for operation, commissioning and maintenance. Missing leaflets, missing products or other abnormal conditions can be detected and rejected according to the selected configuration.

Use the AB-120 when products need to be loaded into folding cartons with optional leaflet insertion, batch printing and glue sealing. For straw-specific counting before carton loading, compare the AB-250DS straw counting machine or the straw cartoning machine.

How the AB-120 Cartoning Process Works

Flat cartons are loaded into the carton magazine.
The machine opens and positions each carton.
Products are fed into the carton through the product-feeding section.
Leaflets can be folded and inserted when required.
Cartons are closed by tuck-in sealing or optional glue sealing.
Batch information can be printed according to the selected configuration.
Finished cartons are discharged, while abnormal cartons can be rejected.
