Napkin Cutlery Packing Machine

The ABX-250ZJ napkin cutlery packing machine automatically feeds, arranges, wraps, seals and counts disposable cutlery sets. It can be configured for spoons, forks, knives, napkins, toothpicks, drinking straws, chopsticks and seasoning sachets, with packing speeds of approximately 60–180 bags/min.

Configurable Pack Components

Typical pack combinations include spoon + napkin, fork + napkin, knife + fork + spoon, cutlery + toothpick, cutlery + straw, cutlery + seasoning sachet, or full meal kits with napkin folding. Final feeder configuration should be selected according to the product shape, quantity and required bag layout.

The ABX-250ZJ integrates feeding, sorting, wrapping, sealing and counting for disposable cutlery sets in one continuous process.

High-Speed Bagging Output

How the ABX-250ZJ Packing Process Works

Selected components are loaded into the corresponding automatic feeders.
The feeding system dispenses spoons, forks, knives, napkins, toothpicks, straws or sachets according to the required set.
Components are aligned and transferred into the packaging film.
The film is pulled, sealed and cut according to the set bag length.
Finished cutlery packs are counted and discharged for collection or downstream packing.

Beyond standard configuration

Configure the feeding system according to the final cutlery set. Feeders for spoons, forks, knives, napkins, toothpicks, straws, chopsticks and seasoning sachets can be combined to match different takeaway, airline, hotel or catering pack formats.
