Heat Shrink packing machine

The AB-590 heat shrink packing machine combines film feeding, sealing, cutting and shrink-tunnel heating for PVC or POF shrink film packaging. It supports multiple product-height configurations, packing speeds up to 150 bags/min and independent temperature control for stable shrink appearance across food, beverage, stationery, daily-use and industrial products.

Suitable Products

The machine is suitable for shrink-film packaging of food products, beverages, bowl noodles, stationery, cosmetics, bath bombs, filters, switches, daily-use items and industrial parts. Final compatibility should be confirmed according to product length, width, height, heat sensitivity and required film type.

Integrated Shrink Film Packaging

The AB-590 combines film feeding, product wrapping, sealing, cutting and shrink-tunnel heating in one continuous shrink packaging process.

Servo-Controlled Sealing and Cutting

Three-servo control supports coordinated film pulling, sealing and cutting. Bag length, speed and sealing temperature can be adjusted through the touchscreen.

Photoelectric Mark Tracking

High-sensitivity photoelectric tracking detects printed film marks and helps synchronize the sealing and cutting position for more accurate package alignment.

Independent PID Temperature Control

Independent PID temperature control and hot-air circulation help maintain stable shrink performance across different film types and product sizes.

PVC and POF Film Compatibility

The machine supports PVC and POF shrink film. Final film selection should be confirmed according to product size, required shrink appearance, sealing temperature and packaging strength.

Choose the AB-590 when the final package requires shrink-film tightening and a formed shrink appearance. Choose the flow packing machine when standard pillow-type film wrapping is required without shrink-tunnel processing.

How the AB-590 Shrink Packing Process Works

Products enter the film-wrapping section through the feeding conveyor.
PVC or POF film is pulled and positioned around the product.
The sealing and cutting system forms the package according to the set length.
Printed film marks can be tracked by the photoelectric sensor when required.
The wrapped product enters the shrink tunnel.
Hot-air circulation shrinks the film tightly around the product.
Finished shrink-wrapped products are discharged for collection or downstream handling.

Beyond standard configuration

Optional devices such as date coding, inkjet printing, waste-film recycling, product feeding conveyors and custom infeed systems can be configured according to the product and packaging requirements.
