Multi Pen Packing Machine

The AB-600LJG multi pen packing machine is designed for grouping and packing 10–50 pens per bag with OPP film. It supports pen diameters from 6 to 14 mm, bag lengths from 90 to 800 mm and working speeds of approximately 3–10 bags/min. Touchscreen adjustment, servo motor drive and photocell tracking help support stable operation for printed-film packaging and product assembly-line integration.

How the AB-600LJG Packing Process Works

  1. Pens are arranged through the upstream feeding or assembly section.

  2. The required quantity is set through the touchscreen.

  3. The machine groups 10–50 pens according to the selected pack format.

  4. OPP film is pulled and positioned around the grouped pens.

  5. Photocell tracking detects printed film marks when printed film is used.

  6. The sealing and cutting system forms the finished bag.

  7. Finished pen packs are discharged for collection or downstream handling.
