AB-600

Flow Packing Machine

The AB-600 flow packing machine is designed for horizontal pillow packaging using OPP, CPP or PE film. It supports bag lengths from 90 to 800 mm, product widths from 50 to 180 mm and product heights from 1 to 115 mm. Touchscreen control and Panasonic servo motor drive help operators adjust bag length, speed and sealing settings for different product formats.

Horizontal Flow Wrapping

The AB-600 wraps products in a continuous film roll, forms pillow-style bags, seals the film and cuts finished packs according to the set bag length.

Servo Motor Control

Panasonic servo motor control supports stable film feeding and accurate bag-length adjustment during continuous operation.

Printed Film Detection

For printed film, the bag length can be detected automatically, reducing the need for manual length setting and helping align printed marks with the sealing position.

Independent Sealing Temperature Control

Independent temperature control for sealing sections helps match different film materials such as OPP, CPP and PE.

Optional Air Exhaust Device

An air exhaust device can be configured for non-food products when reduced bag air volume or flatter package appearance is required.

Choose the AB-600 flow packing machine when products need standard pillow-style film wrapping with OPP, CPP or PE film. Choose the AB-590 heat shrink packing machine when the final package requires shrink-film tightening through a shrink tunnel.

How the AB-600 Flow Packing Process Works

Products are placed onto the feeding conveyor.
OPP, CPP or PE film is pulled from the film roll.
The product enters the forming section and is wrapped into a pillow-style package.
The sealing system seals the film according to the selected temperature setting.
Printed film marks can be detected automatically when printed film is used.
The cutting system separates finished packs according to the set bag length.
Finished packages are discharged for collection or downstream handling.
