Single Row Cup Counting & Packing Machine

The AB-600-1 single row cup counting and packing machine automatically stacks, counts, bags, seals and cuts disposable cups or bowls in one row. It supports adjustable quantities from 1 to 100 pieces, maximum cup or bowl diameters up to 115 mm and production throughput of approximately 500–1000 pcs/min.

Suitable Products

The machine is suitable for single-row counting and packing of disposable plastic cups, paper cups and bowls with maximum diameters up to 115 mm. Final compatibility should be confirmed according to cup diameter, stack height, rim shape and material rigidity.

Single-Row Cup Counting and Bagging

The AB-600-1 automatically stacks, counts and packs disposable cups or bowls in one row, helping reduce manual counting and bagging work.

Adjustable Quantity per Bag

Cup quantity can be set from 1 to 100 pieces according to the required pack format. This supports different retail, catering and production-line packaging needs.

Servo-Controlled Counting

The cup counting section is controlled by a Panasonic servo motor, supporting accurate positioning and stable counting during continuous operation.

Adjustable Bag Size and Film Control

Bag length can be set according to the required cup stack height. Standard bag length ranges from 100 to 1000 mm, with bag width from 50 to 200 mm.

PLC Touchscreen Operation

PLC program control and touchscreen settings allow operators to adjust speed, counting quantity, bag length, sealing temperature and other production parameters.
