Drinking Straw Packing Line

This drinking straw packing line combines the AB-031QS single-straw wrapping machine with the AB-850XGLJ bulk bagging machine. Individual straws are first wrapped in paper or BOPP, then counted and packed into outer bags containing approximately 50–500 pieces. The two-stage configuration supports continuous primary and secondary packaging for food-service and beverage-straw production.

Two-Stage Straw Packaging

The line first wraps each drinking straw individually and then groups the finished packs into larger outer bags.

High-Speed Single-Straw Wrapping

The AB-031QS wraps individual straws at approximately 200–600 pcs/min using paper or BOPP material with back-side sealing.

50–500-Piece Bulk Bagging

The AB-850XGLJ counts and packs approximately 50–500 individually wrapped straws into each outer bag at 3–10 bags/min.

Servo and Photocell Control

Servo-driven motion, touchscreen settings and photocell tracking support coordinated material feeding, sealing, cutting and print-mark positioning.

Automatic Material Detection

Sensors monitor straw and packaging-material supply. The machine stops automatically when no straw or no paper or film is detected, reducing empty packages and continuous packing errors.

Choose this two-stage line when each straw must be individually wrapped before 50–500 finished packs are loaded into an outer bag. Choose the AB-600D or AB-600V when unwrapped straws are packed directly as a group.
