Multiple Straw Packing Machine

The AB-600D multiple straw packing machine automatically counts, groups and bags 5–300 straws per pack. Straws are loaded into the hopper, discharged through one or two feeding channels, counted to the preset quantity and pushed into the forming film before back sealing, end sealing and cutting. The machine supports transparent or printed film and operates at approximately 8–18 bags/min.

The machine is primarily designed for straight and flexible drinking straws. Other uniform stick-shaped products, such as pencils, bamboo sticks or incense sticks, require sample testing and configuration confirmation.

Adjustable Straw Quantity per Bag

The machine counts and packs approximately 5–300 straws per bag. Preset quantities can include both even and odd counts, such as 25, 50 or 75 pieces.

Single- or Dual-Channel Feeding

Straws can be discharged through one or two feeding channels according to the required output and product characteristics.

Transparent or Printed Film

The AB-600D supports transparent and printed packaging film. When printed film is used, the photocell tracking function detects registration marks and synchronizes bag length and cutting position.

Touchscreen Bag-Length Control

Bag length can be adjusted through the touchscreen without changing mechanical gears. Standard bag lengths range from 90 to 600 mm, with widths from 80 to 250 mm.

Servo-Driven Packing Process

The main motion system uses servo control for feeding, pushing, film transport, sealing and cutting, helping improve adjustment accuracy and production consistency.

Photocell Registration for Printed Film

When printed film is used, the photocell system detects registration marks and automatically coordinates film feeding, bag length and cutting position. For transparent film, the tracking function can be disabled through the touchscreen.

Choose the AB-600D when a preset quantity of 5–300 straws must be counted and packed in one bag. Choose the single straw packing machine for individually wrapped straws, or the group straw packing machine for simpler bundled packaging.
