Single Straw Packing Machine with Photocell

The AB-031QS and AB-031S single straw packing machines automatically feed, wrap, seal, cut, count and discharge individual drinking straws. They support paper or BOPP packaging materials, straw diameters from 4 to 12 mm and lengths from 150 to 280 mm. The AB-031QS operates at up to 700 pcs/min, while the AB-031S adds two-color printing at speeds up to 600 pcs/min.

High-Speed Individual Straw Packing

The machine automatically feeds, wraps, seals, cuts, counts and discharges individual drinking straws. The AB-031QS reaches approximately 400–700 pcs/min, while the AB-031S with two-color printing operates at approximately 300–600 pcs/min.

Paper or BOPP Packaging

Both models support three-side-seal packaging using paper or BOPP material, allowing buyers to select the wrapping format according to the finished-product and market requirements.

Photocell Registration Control

A high-accuracy photocell tracking system detects printed registration marks and helps maintain consistent cutting and sealing positions when printed packaging material is used.

Four-Servo Motion Control

The machine uses four servo motors to coordinate feeding, film or paper transport, sealing and cutting, supporting stable operation across different straw and bag specifications.

Automatic Detection and Stop

Panasonic sensors monitor straw feeding and packaging-material supply. The machine stops automatically when no straw or no paper or film is detected, reducing empty packs and continuous production errors.
