High-Speed Flexible-Straw Forming

The AB-900WG automatically feeds, corrugates, bends and discharges straight straws at production speeds of approximately 800–1000 pcs/min.

PP and PLA Straw Compatibility

The machine is suitable for PP and PLA straight straws within the specified diameter, length and wall-thickness ranges. Final performance depends on dimensional consistency and material properties.

Automatic Counting and Discharge

Finished straws are counted automatically and transferred through the output conveyor, supporting continuous collection and downstream packing.

Four-Sensor Jam Monitoring

Four Panasonic laser sensors monitor straw feeding and movement through the forming process. When a missing straw, misfeed or jam is detected, the machine stops automatically to protect the forming mechanism and reduce continuous defective output.

Enclosed Safety Design

The machine is fitted with a stainless-steel safety cover and observation windows, allowing operators to monitor production while reducing direct access to moving components.
