Group Straw Packing Machine

The AB-600V group straw packing machine automatically counts, groups and packs multiple drinking straws into OPP or PE film bags. Packing speed is adjustable from approximately 3 to 20 bags/min according to the quantity per bag, while touchscreen control and photocell tracking support convenient bag-length adjustment and consistent cutting positions.

Automatic Group Packing

The AB-600V automatically counts and groups multiple drinking straws before completing film feeding, sealing and cutting.

Adjustable Packing Speed

Packing speed ranges from approximately 3 to 20 bags/min. Actual output depends on the number of straws per bag, bag dimensions and film characteristics.

Photocell Registration Tracking

The photocell system detects registration marks on printed packaging film and helps synchronize bag length, sealing and cutting positions.

Touchscreen Bag-Length Control

Operators can adjust bag length and related packing settings through the English-language touchscreen without changing mechanical gears.

OPP or PE Film Packaging

The machine supports compatible OPP or PE packaging films with a maximum film width of 530 mm. Final film structure and sealing performance should be confirmed before production.
