Drinking Straw Extruder

The AB65J drinking straw extruder combines extrusion, cooling, hauling and cutting for continuous production of PP and PLA drinking straws. With a 65 mm extrusion system, adjustable cooling tank and frequency-controlled drive, it supports output of 60–65 kg/h and production speeds from 400 to 1800 pcs/min, depending on straw size and material settings.

Choose the AB65J for standard PP or PLA straw production with frequency-controlled operation. Choose the AB-65QS full servo model when higher control precision, broader material compatibility or servo synchronization is required.
