Full Servo Straw Extruder

The AB-65QS full servo straw extruder is designed for high-speed production of PP, PLA, PBS, PHA and other compatible extrudable straws. A 65 mm screw, 33:1 L/D ratio, servo drive, controlled heating and synchronized hauling and cutting support stable extrusion output of 50–65 kg/h and production speeds up to 1800 pcs/min, depending on straw dimensions and material formulation.

High-Speed Single and Two-Color Extrusion for PP, PLA, PBS and PHA Straws

Special designed 65mm, L/D 33:1 screw, used for PLA and PP material, 173 hard surface gearbox, 30kw high efficient & saving servo motor.
Far-infrared radiant heating is highly efficient & saving energy. A cooling fan can help stabilize the heating temperature.
