Purpose-Built for Plastic Lollipop Stick Production

The AB-50J is designed for producing solid plastic lollipop sticks rather than hollow drinking straws. It supports food-grade PP and other compatible extrudable plastics, subject to material and formulation validation.

Flexible Stick Configuration

Stick diameter, cutting length, notch quantity and electrical specifications can be configured according to the finished-stick requirements. Standard production supports diameters from 3 to 6 mm and cutting lengths from 50 to 300 mm.

Single- or Double-Notch Cutting

The rotary cutting unit can produce sticks with one or two notches for different candy-forming requirements. The notch structure helps improve the mechanical grip between the plastic stick and the molded candy.

Integrated Automatic Production

Extrusion, water cooling, hauling, rotary cutting, collection and counting are integrated into one continuous process, reducing manual handling between production stages and supporting output of approximately 1000–1200 sticks per minute.
