Artistic Flexible Straw Making Machine

The AB150 artistic flexible straw making machine converts straight drinking straws into decorative multi-tooth flexible straws. It supports 5.8 mm and 7.8 mm inner diameters, straw lengths from 230 to 330 mm, and production speeds of 100–150 pcs/min. Except for manually loading straight straws into the hopper, feeding, forming, counting and finished-product discharge are completed automatically.

Product Overview

Choose the AB150 when the finished product requires a long decorative flexible section with approximately 53–58 teeth. For standard short flexible straws or higher output, compare the AB-300WG and AB-900W/G bending machine models.

Running smoothly , stepless adjustable.
Automatic counting. Alarm when the pre-set value is reached, which is convenient for packing.
