The AB-250DS is designed for counting and grouping rather than automatic bag sealing. It is commonly used before manual boxing, carton loading or downstream packaging equipment.
Adjustable Straw Counting
The AB-250DS counts and groups approximately 5–500 straws per cycle. The target quantity can be adjusted through the touchscreen according to the required packing or boxing format.
Dual Loading Design
The machine adopts two-way loading to improve feeding efficiency and support continuous counting of drinking straws within the supported size range.
Touchscreen Speed and Quantity Settings
Operators can set straw quantity and running speed on the touchscreen, making it easier to switch between different order requirements.
Wide Straw Compatibility
The machine supports straw diameters from 4 to 12 mm and lengths from 160 to 300 mm. Final counting stability depends on straw straightness, material, diameter consistency and surface friction.
Auxiliary Packing Preparation
Counted straw groups can be taken away manually or transferred to downstream packing, carton loading or boxing operations according to the final production layout.
Horizontal Automatic Cartoning
The AB-120 automatically opens cartons, feeds products, inserts leaflets, closes cartons and discharges finished boxes in a continuous horizontal process.
Adjustable Carton Size Range
The carton magazine and leaflet magazine can be adjusted within the supported range, allowing faster changeover between different carton specifications.
Leaflet Folding and Insertion
The machine can be configured with automatic leaflet folding from 1 to 4 folds, followed by leaflet feeding and insertion into the carton.
Batch Coding and Date Printing
Batch number, production date and expiration date printing can be configured according to packaging requirements, with multi-line character arrangement available.
Safety, Debugging and Rejection Control
The equipment supports automatic, manual, emergency-stop and inching modes for operation, commissioning and maintenance. Missing leaflets, missing products or other abnormal conditions can be detected and rejected according to the selected configuration.
